I have never had a visa turned down. The length of time it takes me to obtain the approval depends on the state in which you reside and the country in which your resides. Unlike other attorneys who give you the time for the shortest possible combination regardless of where you reside, I will give you a realistic estimate for your situation.

For example, for her adjustment of status, work authorization, advance parole, adjustment from conditional permanent resident to permanent resident, naturalization, etc, I will, over the phone at no charge, tell you how to get the forms and answer your questions regarding completing and filing the forms, or any other questions you may have.
A certain percentage of my clients hire me after first paying another attorney to obtain visa. When something goes wrong and the other attorney does not appear to be able or willing to correct the situation, they hire me. As the advertisement said, "you can pay me now or you can pay me later."
